What is our primary function?

Provide information and guidance of a variety of public resources available to assist with everyday life.

How does our ministry serve St. Paul?

By supplying information to facilitate a better process for life’s needs.

How does our ministry serve the Kingdom?

By sharing our knowledge, support and enthusiasm to help our brothers and sisters seek answers and/or guidance relating to their necessities.  “Don’t forget to do good and share what you have with those in need, for such sacrifices are very pleasing to God”.           Hebrews 13:16 (NLT)

What is expected of those who join this ministry?

(a) The person should be a member of St. Paul and have a relationship with God.
(b) Be dedicated to this ministry with wholeheartedness.
(c) To help seek ways to gather and disperse information that benefit the needs of our church family or the community as far as health, financial, food, and energy assistance, employment, homelessness, crisis matters, etc. (d) to be willing (if needed) to be a back-up with the Resource Ministry Page on the website.

What can you expect from this ministry?

A divine blessing knowing that you are giving unselfishly your time and effort to help others which glorifies our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. “Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in      others, too.”  Philippians 2:4 (NLT)

What type of person should consider joining this ministry?

Someone who is willing to put forth full effort to obtain help for those in need. (b) Someone who is able to express to and/or show others how to retrieve information that will lead to a self-sustaining lifestyle.

How does this ministry incorporate Bible Study and Prayer?

We pray that God will lead us in this ministry and to be obedient to His    word.  We are asking God to work through each of us so that we can be a blessing to someone.  As the scripture states in Matthew 5:16 (KJV)   “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works  and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
