What is our primary function? The Purpose of Chaos Youth Ministry exists to approach non-believing youth, unite them with other Christians, to help them mature in their faith, and to challenge their growth to explore their ministry and celebrate God with their life.
How does our ministry serve St. Paul? The Youth Ministry serves by allowing parents to know that we care for their child’s spiritual needs, as well as their needs as growing children. We want them to develop skills and talents to be used within the church, community and school. We want them to grow their relationship with God.
How does our ministry serve the Kingdom? We believe this ministry is an important service to the kingdom because God’s children are the future. If we show them the right path now they will be ready for the world of obstacles they will face as they grow up. We want the Youth to have a firm Christian foundation and we will use many different methods to reach that goal.
What is expected of those who join this ministry? We expect the Youth to be committed to whatever ministries they are involved in within the youth department. We expect all youth to show up to all rehearsals and scheduled meetings.
What can you expect from this ministry?
Our goal is that they learn the word of God and are in a safe environment where they can be open all while having fun with their peers.
When do we meet?
Presently we have at least one gathering a month and other times as needed. Advisors meet as needed.
What type of person should consider joining this ministry?
The Youth Ministry serves youth of the church and the community from 3 to 18 years old.
How does this ministry incorporate Bible Study and Prayer?
We have Wednesday night Bible Study for youth every Wednesday. We have prayer before and at the end of all our activities. We are currently trying to establish a prayer night through the conference call night for all youth and parents.
