Nurses Ministry

Nurse’s Ministry

What is our primary function? Our function is to care for the congregation. We educate members on health, medication, and good nutrition.  We seek to encourage a healing relationship with God.  We also have blood  pressure screenings on Sunday and serve at funerals.  We respond to medical emergencies that may occur during worship.

How does our ministry serve St. Paul?

We provide comfort and urgent care during worship and funerals.  In addition monthly Health Awareness is published in the church bulletin.

Our ministry serves the Kingdom through spiritual guidance, worship,  fellowship, and outreach in the community.

How does this ministry incorporate Bible Study and Prayer?  Our scripture “They shall walk with me in White for they are worthy.”

Rev: 3:4 is our theme statement. We open our meetings in scripture  and prayer.  The Nurse’s prayer is displayed.  We use the prayer chain in  times of need.  We continue to put God and the remembrance of His Word before us.  This ministry teaches us how to grow and develop a life style of prayer.  We continue to give God thanks for his faithfulness.
